Yes you can! We will ask for your parent or guardian’s consent before you take on the challenge.
How can I share my progress?

What is motor neurone disease (MND)?
Motor neurone disease (MND) is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease which affects the brain and the spinal cord. It can leave people locked in a failing body, unable to move, talk, swallow and eventually breathe. 5,000 people are currently living with MND in the UK. There is no cure. Take a look at our key facts and information.
Where does my sponsorship money go?
All of the money donated on your Give It Up! challenge will come straight to the MND Association, which means you don't have to worry about transferring any money or handling any cash. The money you raise will help us focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
What should I do if I’m worried about MND?
MND Connect is our charity funded helpline and can offer information and support on all aspects of motor neurone disease (MND). MND Connect is available Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm and 7pm - 10:30pm. Calls to this number are free from landlines and mobile phones within the UK and do not appear on itemised bills.
